The sun was shining and the waves were strong, so it was the perfect day to explore a new beach and take the body boards for a spin. We headed out to Mother Iveys Bay, a beautiful beach tucked between Harlyn and Trevone, popular due to a camp site based just above it.
Heading to the North Coast, there’s limited parking on the roadside so you’re best to find your way to Trevone Head National Trust car park and take the three minute walk to the Bay. The views as you start to see the clear and sparkling water really is something!
The coast path around here is incredible. Rugged rock formations, striking blues and wild flowers. From Mother Iveys, be sure to also check out Boobys Bay and Constantine Bay around the coast, one that’s very popular for surfing.
